We began our journey in 2017 selling Cheese Steaks and Burgers from our Quaker Steaks Food Truck. Over the years we refined our menu and realized that we have a classic American Menu that is hard to pass up. Scott is a retired Marine who started his career in the food service industry. He has been preparing food and feeding people for over 30 years. Raised in Reading, PA., Scott knows what it takes to make a great tasting food which includes his house made wings, wagyu burgers, and famous Philidelphia cheese steaks.
